We are preparing for the first marching competition of the year on Saturday Sept. 21st and we need your help to make this trip successful.
Lunch and dinner will be provided for your student on this trip for a total of $7.00 due on Thursday Sept. 19th. Check or cash is fine. Please make checks out to the Burke Band Boosters.
Lunch will be provided by Jason’s Deli. Each student will receive a box with a large ham or roast turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato. (Veggie wraps can be substituted for the sandwich and gluten free bread is also available.) Chips, a pickle spear, and chocolate chip cookies complete the lunch meal.
Dinner will be provided by the Pizza Ranch in Marshall Minnesota. Your student will receive 3 slices of pizza (cheese, pepperoni or sausage), salad with dressing and dessert will be cookies donated by the Militzer family and Champions Run. (Gluten Free pizza crust is also available).
What we need:
Baked goods and snacks for the students to eat on the bus, during the competition and on the way home.
In the past we have been very fortunate with snack donations and we hope you will come through for us once again. Popular items the kids like are cookies ex.) oreos, keebler cookies, and of course anything homemade. Brownies, rice krispie bars, scotcheroos, crackers, raisins, nuts, popcorn, chips etc. Fruit is also popular. Apples and oranges travel well.
Snack donations will be accepted on Monday Sept. 16th in the band room from 6-9pm and Thursday Sept 19th from 6-9pm in the band room.
