On Saturday, March 16th, Burke High School will be hosting the Heartland Winter Arts (HWAA) show with the first group performing at 4pm. We are asking for parent volunteers to help with various tasks that occur throughout the day. Students have a separate list of tasks that they are signing up for in the band room. Attached is the signup sheet that lists the jobs we would like parents to do and the time it occurs. Please respond with the job and time you would like. This is a MAJOR FUNDRAISER that will only require 3 hours of your time and no selling! Please help!

Additionally, we are asking that every student in the Varsity and Prep Band provide a baked good that is individually wrapped for sale and a six pack of 16.9 ounce bottled soda. The flavors are assigned by section. Students have until Thursday, March 14th to bring these items in. The assigned flavors are:
- Flutes– Diet Pepsi (4 cases)
- Clarinets– Pepsi (4 cases)
- Alto Saxes\Mellophones\Trumpets– Mountain Dew (4 cases)
- Percussion– Sprite (3 cases)
- Color Guard– Dr. Pepper (4 Cases)
- Low Brass\Tenor Saxes– Powerade (4 cases) Red and Blue
